1.How much does shipping cost?
All the Hermes Bags are free shipping to all the world, you can share the free shipping on our Hermes Shop. You can see the detail in the Shipping & Returns.
2.How do I find the item I want to buy?
Find on home page the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list on the top of the page below the site title), move your mouse to the category name such as "Hermes Handbags", you will see a list of sub-categories. Choose the one your item belongs to, and you will to transferred to the product page. You can choose the item you want to buy here.
3.How do I change my address and other contact information?
You first need to sign in to your account. After doing so you will see the View or change entries in my address book option. Click on it and you will be able to update your profile.
4.What is my personal information used for?
The minimum information we require is used just to execute your order and to contact you in case something goes wrong.
5.How can I track the whole shipping process?
We will send you a tracking number after shipping the item to you. You can track the whole shipping process on the EMS or other transport company site. Please take it easy to contact our customer service if you have any questions.
6.How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day and shipped on the next business day. Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days. Please contact us if you are not sure whether we can ship to your country.
7.Is there a limit to how many bags I can order?
No, there is no limit as to how many bags you may order. In fact, we encourage you to order more than one bags at a time, as additional discounts are provided.
8.Is it secure to shop at your site?

9.Do the pictures show the true quality of the product I will receive?
Yes, what you see is what you get. We have not excellent cameraman, we only have excellent products. The pictures on our website are the images of the real objects
